The Blue Outreach Program (BOP) is a core strategic initiative under ROPME’s Strategic Directions 2026–2030. It is designed to strengthen regional cooperation, raise environmental awareness, and promote active public participation in the conservation and sustainable use of marine and coastal resources. Through targeted awareness initiatives, community engagement, and strengthened partnerships, the Program aims to foster a shared culture of environmental stewardship across ROPME member states. By empowering stakeholders at all levels, the Blue Outreach Program contributes to the long-term protection of marine ecosystems and coastal areas for present and future generations.
