Coordinated Monitoring is a fundamental mechanism for ensuring consistent, reliable, and comparable assessment of marine and coastal environments across the ROPME Sea Area. It enables Member States to align monitoring efforts, optimize resources, and generate high-quality data that supports informed decision-making, regional cooperation, and effective environmental management.
