Risk Assessment
Risk assessment is a critical process for identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing threats to marine and coastal environments in the ROPME Sea Area. It provides the foundation for informed decision-making, strategic planning, and the implementation of effective management and mitigation measures. By systematically assessing potential hazards, Member States can reduce environmental, economic, and social vulnerabilities.
