Are you between 16 and 18 years old? Do you love the sea? Enjoy diving? Want to learn about marine life and coral reefs? Want to know how coral and fish are farmed?

The Blue Pioneers Program is a regional youth initiative launched by ROPME to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of environmental leaders across the ROPME Sea Area. It focuses on building awareness, practical skills, and regional collaboration around marine and coastal protection.

The closing ceremony, held at ROPME headquarters, was a vibrant gathering of Ambassadors, dignitaries, environmental leaders, and proud mentors. The event opened with a keynote address by the Executive Secretary of ROPME, who praised the participants’ dedication and highlighted the importance of youth engagement in marine conservation.
