This Law, consisting of 64 articles, aims to protect, develop, and strengthen controls on the live aquatic wealth in the Sultanate. The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries shall manage the related exploitation, investment, and supervision. All activities related to living water resources must be authorized or licensed in coordination with the aforementioned Ministry.
